Program Terms

Eligibility: The Shania Twain Verified Fan program ("Program") is a Ticketmaster program that is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the United States, who are at least thirteen (13) years of age at the time of registration and are eligible to register for a Ticketmaster account. Ticket brokers, employees of Ticketmaster and Shania Twain, Maverick Management and Universal Music Group (collectively the “Artist and Artist Entities”), and their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies, and each of their employees, agents, and suppliers, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a registrant, the authorized account holder of the account will be deemed to be the registrant. Ticketmaster may request any potential recipient to provide proof that such person is a recipient. All potential recipients are subject to verification before any ticket access code (“Code”) will be awarded. The Program is subject to all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes registrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Terms and Ticketmaster's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Program. Receiving a Code is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Timing: The Program begins at 12:00 PM Central Time ("CT") on September 22, 2017 and ends on November 28, 2017 11:59 PM CT; the date of the special presale of Shania Twain's upcoming concert in Nashville, TN on a to-be-announced date ("Concert", collectively "Program Period"). Ticketmaster's clock is the official time keeping device of the Program.

Registration period begins at 12:00 PM CT on September 22, 2017 and ends November 28, 2017 11:59 PM CT ("Registration Period").

Code distribution begins within twenty-four (24) hours of the presale date and ends no later than 8:00 AM CT on presale date.

Code redemption for Group 1 will begin at 10:00 AM CT on presale date.
Code redemption for Group 2 will begin at to-be-determined time on presale date if any Concert tickets remain.
Code redemption will end when all allocated tickets in the Program have been purchased.

How To Participate: During the Registration Period, visit the Program registration page located at, log into your Ticketmaster account and complete the Program registration form. If you do not already have a Ticketmaster account, you may create an account for free. You may then take the one (1) OPTIONAL fan engagement action (“Boost”) listed on the site and defined below to be placed into the Group 1 ticket purchase access group and improve your position in line to purchase tickets to the Concert. Participation does not guarantee the ability to purchase tickets.

Boost: At any time during the Registration Period, go to the Artist’s official store at, log into your account or create a free account if you are not already registered, and purchase Shania Twain’s new album Now as a stand-alone item or any Now album bundle (each a “Qualifying Item”), during the Program Period. If you purchased a Qualifying Item prior to the Registration Period and used the same email address, the Boost will automatically be credited to you. If you used a different email address to purchase a Qualifying Item than the email address you used to register for the Program, log into your account and follow the instructions to add the email address you used to purchase the Qualifying Item. The first 1,000 verified registrants who purchase a Qualifying Item during the Program Period or had previously purchased a Qualifying Item between June 15, 2017 and the Program start date will receive a Code and will automatically be placed into Group 1. All other registrants will be placed into Group 2.

If you register for the Program or take the Boost action above via a mobile device, you may be charged text and data rates for text messages according to the terms in your wireless calling plan. Text messaging and wireless service are not available in all areas. By signing up to complete the requested transaction by text, you authorize us to use automated technology to send six (6) text messages to the mobile number you supply. You may text "STOP" to opt out of the Program, or "HELP" for more information to 73767. If you text "STOP" you will be removed from the Program. Ticketmaster reserves the right to transmit one selected registrant and one non-selected registrant message to each registrant at the conclusion of the Program.

For all registrants: Each registrant is eligible to submit up to one (1) Program registration, during the Registration Period, regardless of method or combination of methods of registration or number of registrations submitted. Registrant may participate in the above OPTIONAL fan engagement action to earn a Boost for placement into Group 1. Multiple registrants are not permitted to share the same mobile number, email address, registration, or other relevant account. Any attempt by any registrant to obtain more than the stated number of registrations by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that registrant's registration and that registrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated technology or system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Any automated receipt (such as one confirming delivery of text message or e-mail) does not constitute proof of actual receipt by Ticketmaster of a registration. Ticketmaster is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. All registrations become the property of the Ticketmaster and none will be acknowledged or returned.

Program Notification and Code Distribution: Group 1 registrants will receive an SMS with the Code and instructions on a to be determined date within twenty-four (24) hours of the presale, at the mobile number designated in the submitted registration. Group 1 will have access to purchase Concert tickets in the first release beginning at 10:00 AM CT on the presale date by following the instructions in the SMS. If any tickets remain available, additional Codes may be distributed randomly to Group 2 registrants via an SMS with the Code and instructions at the mobile number designated in the submitted registration, and will have access to purchase Concert tickets in the second release at a to be determined time on the presale date. Each Code is good toward recipient’s purchase of up to a maximum of four (4) Concert tickets. Purchase is not required. All ticket purchases are first come, first served as availability is limited. Code recipients are not guaranteed the ability to purchase tickets, and access to available tickets may depend on recipient's place in line.

There will be only one Code per recipient. Code does not include any other item or expense not specifically described in these Official Terms, and any such additional expenses are the sole responsibility of recipient. Codes may not be transferred or assigned. Recipients agree to accept the Code "as is", and acknowledge that Ticketmaster has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Code.

Ticketmaster's decisions as to the administration and operation of the Program and the selection of potential recipients, in its sole discretion, are final and binding in all matters related to the Program. Ticketmaster reserves the right to disqualify any registrant or recipient and may refuse to award any Code to a person who is ineligible or has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the Program, or obtained recipient status using fraudulent means.

All potential recipients are subject to verification by Ticketmaster. Potential recipients must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Terms, and receiving a Code is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. If a potential recipient of the Code cannot be contacted, such potential recipient forfeits the Code.

Privacy: Information submitted by registrants will be collected by Ticketmaster's systems based in the United States and such collection will be subject to applicable United States laws. Registrants may withdraw personal data upon request; however, registrant will be disqualified if personal data is withdrawn prior to the determination of the recipient and fulfillment of the Code. Information submitted by registrants is subject to Ticketmaster's privacy policy: Registrant's participation in this Program constitutes consent for Ticketmaster to use registrant's personal information solely for the purpose of administering the Program and awarding the Codes, and to share such personal information with the Artist and the Artist Entities.

Errors and Unauthorized Activity: Ticketmaster is not responsible: (1) for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by registrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Program; (2) for technical and/or communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind; (3) for unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Program; (4) for technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Program or the processing of registrations and Boosts; (5) for any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from registrant's participation in the Program or receipt or use or misuse of any reward; or (6) if the Program cannot take place or if any Code cannot be awarded due to acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. Ticketmaster reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Program, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Ticketmaster’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Program, as determined by Ticketmaster in its sole discretion. Ticketmaster reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it suspects or finds to be tampering with the registration process or the operation of the Program or to be acting in violation of these Official Terms. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Program may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Ticketmaster reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Ticketmaster’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Release: By participating in the Program, registrant (a) releases Ticketmaster, the Artist and the Artist Entities, retail program partners, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with the Program, including the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or nonuse of the reward that may be awarded; and (b) acknowledges that the foregoing parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a Code including, without limitation, the quality or availability.

Disputes: As a condition of participating in the Program, registrant agrees that: a) under no circumstances will registrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and registrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; b) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Program or the Codes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective; and c) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred and in no event shall registrant be entitled to receive attorneys' fees or other legal costs. Ticketmaster reserves the right to modify Code award procedures. The Program and these Official Terms, and the validity, construction, performance, and enforcement thereof, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
